College Avenue Hall

1300 E. Rollins St., University of Missouri
Columbia, MO  65201

Univ of Missouri HousingCollege Avenue Hall has suite style rooms. All rooms are shared accommodations with two people to a room.  Rooms have a shared bathroom facility with one other room and may also have a shared lounge in the suite. Lodging includes one set of linens (pillow, sheet, towel, and blanket) for the week but no further amenities. Keys will make the room accessible to those sharing the suite, so it is recommended not to bring valuables.

Registration for Institute includes lodging in the residence halls. A single room supplement of $100.00 may be paid to reserve a single room; however, bathroom space will be shared. If you have someone to share with, please list the name of your requested roommate at the time of registration. If a roommate is not listed, you will place with a same-gender registrant.

Registration includes lodging Sunday–Thursday night. Extensions will not be possible. The residence hall desk is not open for check-in round the clock so specific check in times will be sent to registrants at a later date. If you plan to arrive early or stay later in Columbia, please make alternative plans for lodging on that night.

If you are in need of parking, a parking permit can be purchased at the residence hall for $12.00 for use in AV-8 lot. Note that parking permits are not required on weekends.
